From grapes to wine

The territory of our country is known for its wine Aglianico, DOC wine, and considered among the best red wines of Italy. In the Vinitality edition of 2010, has received about 11 major references, and a gold medal. In August 2010 he was recognized as wine DOCG.
Many times we see the Aglianico wine on our table without knowing its origins and production methods. Together with teachers we have created, therefore, a teaching program that has allowed us to discover the process of transformation from grapes to wine. A professor of agronomy, using laboratory instruments, has been with us in this process of exploration and discovery, explaining us many things
