I practice modern dance. It is not easy to dance, it takes much effort and hard work. The dancing teacher sometimes teaches us new dances with the difficult steps, and we long to try them. She corrects the errors and we occasionally yells at us when we talk or we're not careful. This year we won two races, we arrive at the third regional championship of the FIDS and the first trophy of the Castles. We have also given a cup to take home as souvenirs. On 9 and 16 June we will make year-end  wise and I'm very excited because we will be performing in front of many people. I love it when, before the race,  we dress with our costumes all shiny and elegant.  I love dance sport more than anything else, because dancing makes me happy, because I'm in the company of my friends and because my whole body has a way to move easily

Juve champions Italy

                                                     

      

On May 13, Juventus, with a score of 3-1 against the 'Atalanta, won its 30th league title. Juventus after ten years of waiting, he won with a total score of 84 points, fair field and unbeaten in the League, the coveted title. With this victory, Juventus became Campione d 'Italy.
  Its captain, Alex Del Piero played the last game with this team and greeted all emotional. At the end of the game all the Juve fans celebrated while the players lifted the trophy in victory.

 In Rionero we celebrated with a parade through the streets of the country this victory . Each of us had flags, scarves, hats and banners of Juve.Tutti we sang the hymn of Juventus and we enjoyed it very much. We are happy that Juve won and now we get ready to cheer for the next Championship.

CLUB ATÉLTICO DE MADRID WINS UEFA EUROPA LEAGE

Club Atlético de Madrid won the UEFA Europa Leage yesterday in Bucharest against another spanish team, the Atletic de Bilbao.

The scorer was 3-0.

Fans of Atletico de Madrid are very happy and today they wear the red and white striped T-shirt to celebrate that their team is the best football team all over Europe.

Do you play table tennis? In Poland it is quite popular sport. At our school there are some students who play table tennis in a local table tennis club in Dzierżoniów. One of them is Bartek. He has been playing table tennis for some years and he has already won some medals. He has made a film about his favourite table tennis players and about himself.

FC BARCELONA VS REAL MADRID

On the last Saturday, April 21st, at 8 o'clock there was a very important football match of the Spanish leage. The two teams were Barcelona FC and Real Madrid FC. They played in Now Camp, in Barcelona. And Surprise!! The winners were Real Madrid FC, 1-2, with the goals of Khedira and Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid team and Alexis Sanchez of Barcelona FC. This result was very important for Real Madrid team because they are the fist in the classification leage and now they have got and advantage of 7 points  with Barcelona football club. It is important to say that Real Madird FC did't win in Now Camp since 2007.

Sunday, April 15, 2012 with many other pupils in the Primary School of Rionero in Vulture, we participated at a sportive meeting about friendship. I have performed some tests in karate.
What is karate?
Surely you have heard.
 Karate is a martial art of Japanese origin, practiced with his bare hands, which strengthens the body and spirit.
 It is based on the following moral principles:
 - Kansei ni Hitotsu Jinkaku tsutomuru koto - Karate is a means to improve the character -
 Hitotsu makoto no michi or Mamoru koto - Karate is a way of sincerity -

The exercise of karate involves the use of a suit specific, called karate-gi, composed of a jacket, a pair of trousers (zubon) of white cotton and by a belt (obi) . In addition to the specific term "karate-gi," the suit can also be generically called "keiko" or "doges", while, contrary to popular belief, completely wrong, is the word "kimono".

Teacher Danilo why did you decide to choose this profession? 
I chose this area for my job because from a young matured a huge passion for every kind of sport,
  What is the importance of physical activity in children and adolescents? 
 The period ranging from 6 years to 14 years for both sexes, depending on how it is lived , can largely affect the well-being and mental and physical balance in the adult. Recently, many social upheavals have led to increasing levels of physical inactivity especially in childhood. A similar reversal of trends, habits and patterns of behavior has generated a series of restrictions and constraints on the physical and mental, directly proportional to the degree of social welfare. Children and adolescents, both male and female, could achieve great benefits from regular practice of an activity that does not necessarily have to be too intense. With at least 15-20 minutes of vigorous activity like running or other aerobic sports day, children and teens are able to: maintain good health and good bone and joints build good muscle mass reduce body fat maintain a good weight prevent the development of high blood pressure and help decrease the pressure in adolescents with hypertension improve learning ability. Physical activity also gives it a decisive role both as a channel for venting of natural exuberance, and as a training and general education, improving the adaptability of the boy to daily tasks, allowing a good emotional control, better self-esteem and increasing the capacity socialization.
What is psychomotor?

Swimming competitions

Sunday, March 25, 2012, at 09:30, some elementary school children have participated in the eighth edition of the regional specialties Granprix swimming ': BACK-FROG at the public pool of Potenza. The Little athletes of class II D participated in the races 25 meters backstroke specialties Back-Frog, an event organized to raise funds for needy people. Our athletes, beginners or not, have distinguished themselves in various disciplines, bringing home excellent results. My favorite team

My favorite team is Juventus.

Juventus was born in 1897. At the begin, players were wearing the shirt that was pink in color but later, in 1903, became two of the team colors: black and white and still are the same.
Juventus have won 27 league titles to date, 9 Italian Cups, 4 Italian Super Cups, 2 Champions League (European Cup), 1 Cup Winners' Cup, 3 UEFA Cups, 2 European Super Cups, 2 Intercontinental Cups, ,  a broken tournament and 1 Cup of the Alps.Today  Juventus is second in the Italian league to minus 4 points from Milan, which is the league leaders. On 20 May there will be the Italian Cup final in Rome against Naples, and I will go to the stadium to see my favorite team. I am a fan of Juventus because it is a strong team and my favorite player is Simone Pepe.
