The new government in Italy

From November 16, 2011 in Italy we have a new government. The chairman of the Government has been entrusted by the President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano to Mario Monti, following the resignation of Silvio Berlusconi, on November 12.
The Government Monti is  the sixty-Government of the Italian Republic. It is regarded as a technical government emergency by the international press. However the new President of the Council during the first speech in the Senate, has called her a "government of national commitment."
